Bill Bourgault worked for another metal fabrication company for years, always dreaming of owning his own business. In 1994, his dream came true, and Rycourt Metal Fabricators, Inc. came into being. Bill’s dad also had his own sheet metal fabrication business for about twenty years therefore Bill gained quite a lot of experience from his dad. His dad decided to retire in 1990 and Bill acquired some of his dad’s equipment to get him started. Bill and his wife Lucille became the proud grandparents of their first two grandchildren Ryan and Courtney in 1994 and that was how the name Rycourt came to be.

Employees include Bill’s daughter, Melissa, who does bookkeeping and manages the office. Bill handles all the design and machine programming as well as managing quality assurance. All of Rycourt’s experienced employees work overtime whenever necessary to provide just-in-time delivery.
